The greatest snacks come from accidental creations with the ingredients in your pantry. This is my second ultimate Keto snack:

  • Lettuce as wrap
  • 1/2 Avocado, mashed
  • 2 slices sandwich meat (I used roastbeef and turkey)
  • 3-4 small slices of cheese (I used cheddar)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt

The only preparation you need to do is, mash the avocado in a small bowl and add lemon juice, a little olive oil and salt.

Add a little bit of the avocado, meat, cheese, oregano, some more avocado and mayo, respectively on a lettuce and finally warp around another one to keep the condiments inside. Quick and easy no carb snack. Enjoy.
