I just bought a cast iron grill and made my first meal on it. Chicken wings probably a bad decision to go with chicken the first time. Because it takes longer than meat and let’s face it, it sticks.
But it tasted good. Here comes another but; the cleaning. You need to act real quick and start cleaning when it’s still hot. Since cast iron absorbs flavors leaving the flavor on will increase the taste of your next dish. You need to rub the cast iron with salt and not water after the initial wash.

The veggies are just grilled without any preparation and chicken wings only have light marination.
