My brother and I tried this a while ago and then I watched Gordon Ramsay’s Cookalong Show again, I decided to prepare this again. It’s really simple but you need to have the right kind of spices so it’s not really let’s cook this right now kind of dish. But you really need Massala spices ready at home so that Indian food does not need to be take out only option. Gordon back’s me up on that here.
The sauce is really easy and the jasmine rice is even easier. Just try it but have yogurt ready as side sauce to cool off the spices. Enjoy.
