- 1 Yufka, pulled into small pieces (If you don’t have it, 1-2 tablespoons of flour will do just fine)
- 2-3 Zucchinis, grated
- 1-2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Most of the ingredients don’t have a specific amount because you need to mix everything together and look at the texture. You shoul have a cupcake batter-like texture. So if the zucchini is too much just add the second egg. At the end put the mixture in a oven proof pan and bake for 15-20 mins.
It is good both hot from the oven and when it’s heated after a couple of hours. I like it best with 5 o’clock tea. Enjoy.
